Little Gems accepts payments by cheque and postal order. Certain items displayed on this site can also be purchased on line by credit card at PayPal.

Return Policy

Little Gems endeavours to supply its jewellery following the highest levels of inspection and service. However we do operate a simple returns policy:

* No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings or body jewellery for hygienic reasons or rings ordered to a specific size.

* We offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email / post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. As mentioned above, this guarantee does not apply to earrings, body jewellery or rings ordered to a specific size. Please ensure you order the correct size ring as we can not exchange / refund for wrongly ordered sizes or exchange / refund on rings at all.

* Please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged / faulty).

* Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged / faulty please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged / faulty on delivery.

* We have made every effort to display all our items as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we can not guarantee that products will be as exactly seen on your monitor. Most products have been described as accurately as possible.

* In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Little Gems reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. The normal price will be offered instead.

* Little Gems can cancel any order it feels fit to do so whereupon all paid monies will be refunded in full.

* By placing an order you agree to these terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.*

Special Delivery

If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery instead of Recorded Delivery, please inform us at time of order. This will add a £2.50 surcharge to the order on top of the normal postage charge.
